Our agrotourism is located in Flattach in the beautiful valley of the river Möll, part of the holiday region National Park Hohe Tauern. On our farmstead we offer two apartments that serve as a holiday home for four people each, as well as a wooden chalet with its own private panoramic sauna for six people.

On our farm we live together with our animal friends: The horses Romeo, Niko and Jolly, the Jura sheep „die Rositantnen“ and our farm security, farm dog Colt. And we are Alexander and Kathrin with our two children Valentina and Johanna and their grandfather Zenz.

The farm is embraced by a stunning landscape with a marvelous mountain panorama, while being located only 3km away from the village centre of Flattach and 8km away from the snow-proof slopes of the skiing destination Mölltal Glacier.

Visitors interested in kayaking will enjoy an exciting visit to the whitewater arena Mölltal (www.wildwasserarena-moelltal.at).

Furthermore, Flattach offers a high ropes course, a tennis court and fishing spots along the river Möll.

Flattach offers you winter holidays at its best! Mölltal glacier will await you with its powdery slopes, going up as high as 3.122 metres. The Glacier-Express will transport you in only 8 minutes up to an altitude of 3.000 metres. Up there you can choose between 9 different lifts and numerous slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels and of all ages.

Snowboarders can test their limits in the snowboard-funpark that comes with a boardcross-slope. This year, Mölltal glacier operated on 330 days of the year, thus making it one the most snow-proof skiing destinations in all of Europe.

If you would like to go on a ski-tour, there are a number of breathtaking routes in the region – you can either plan your own route or you can rely on the services and experience of an officially certified mountain guide.

End the day snowshoeing through the romantic winter wonderland or with a fun sleigh ride on a 1.3 km long natural track. Doesn’t that sound enticing? In case you want to prolong your skiing experience, you can go for night skiing in „Schneeerlebnisland“ on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Just a short train ride away (only 12 minutes from the train station Mallnitz-Obervellach), you can relax and enjoy some pampering at the beautiful spa „Felsentherme“ in Bad Gastein.
