Arrival day: The flat is available from 16:00.
Please inform us if you will arrive after 20:00!
Departure day: The flat must be vacant by 09:30 at the latest!
Please leave the flat clean and tidy.
If there is any damage or if there is still an open bill, please inform us please inform us or settle the bill!

Cancellation conditions / travel cancellation insurance:
Cancellation is free of charge 24 hours after booking, after that 30% of the total amount, 14 days before arrival the total amount has to be paid.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
